Don't use WranglePress to serve, send or support:

  • anything illegal, or content you don't have the right to publish;
  • malware, phishing pages, or sites pretending to be another business;
  • spam, including through form relays;
  • content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence against people, or harasses others;
  • attempts to break into, overload or probe WranglePress or other people's systems;

Reporting abuse

Email support@wranglepress.com with the subject "Abuse report", the web address, what's wrong, and your contact details. We look at every report, pass valid ones to the site's owner, and act on them.

If you believe a site served by WranglePress infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent, Webster Solutions, LLC, 4000 Eagle Point Corporate Drive, Suite 750, Birmingham, Alabama 35242, USA · support@wranglepress.com (subject "DMCA notice")

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (or a list, if several).
  3. The web address of the material you want removed, with enough detail for us to find it.
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.

When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable the material and tell the site's owner.

Counter-notice. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice with:

  • your signature;
  • the material that was removed and where it was;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address and phone number;
  • your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where we can be found), and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the notice.

We pass it to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they've filed a court action, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat infringers. We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright.
