# Signing in and your account

## Sign in with a code

The quickest way in. On the sign-in page, enter your email and click **Email me a sign-in code**. We email you a 6-digit code: type or paste it, and you're in. The code works for 10 minutes, and only once.

- **No account yet?** The same code creates one. We ask your name once, and your free trial starts.
- **No email?** Check spam, or click **send a new code** on the code page. Use the newest code.
- **Too many wrong tries** stop that code working: send a new one.

## Sign in with a password

Click **Use my password instead** on the sign-in page. Forgot it? Click **Forgot password?** and we email you a link to choose a new one. Or just sign in with a code instead.

A password is optional. If you signed up with a code, you can add one on your account page.

## Your account page

Open **Account** in the top menu.

- **Your details.** Change your name. It's what your team sees.
- **Password.** Change it (you'll need the current one), or set one if you sign in with codes. Changing it signs you out on your other devices.
- **Other devices.** Signed in on a computer you no longer use? Click **Sign out other devices**.

Signing out other devices takes effect within 5 minutes.
