# Plans and billing

Open **Billing** in the top menu. Only the team's owner can change billing.

## Free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with up to 2 sites. No card is needed. The Billing page shows when it ends.

When the trial ends, you can't add sites or run builds until you choose a plan.

## Plans

Every plan has every feature. They differ only in how many sites you can add.

## Choose a plan

Click **Choose** on a plan. You'll go to Stripe's checkout page to enter your card. When you come back, the plan is active.

## Change plan, update your card, get invoices, cancel

Click **Manage payment and invoices**. That opens Stripe's billing page, where you can:

- switch to a bigger or smaller plan (Stripe works out the difference),
- update your card,
- download invoices and receipts,
- cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

To move to a plan with fewer sites, remove sites first so you're within the new limit. Removed sites don't count toward it.

## Payment problems

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and emails you. Update your card in **Manage payment and invoices**.
