# Add a site

1. On the **Sites** page, click **Add a site**.
2. Give it a name you'll recognise (for example, the business name).
3. Enter the site's **current** address, such as `https://www.example.com`. Use the address visitors use today.
4. Click **Add site**.

Nothing happens to your live site. We've only saved the address.

It doesn't have to be WordPress®: most websites that show every visitor the same pages work. See [Sites that aren't WordPress](https://wranglepress.com/docs/other-websites).

## The site page

Each site has its own page with three cards, in the order you'll use them:

| Card | What it's for |
|---|---|
| **1. Connect the plugin (WordPress)** | Download the connector plugin and copy the connection key. Other websites skip this |
| **2. Preview** | The private link to the newest good build |
| **3. Go live** | Your public domain, the DNS records to add, and the Publish button |

Below the cards are the **Builds** list (every copy we've made, with rollback) and **Settings** (the site address we copy from, forms, and the access key for a private WordPress or original site).

## How many sites can I add?

Your plan sets the limit. The free trial allows 2 sites. You'll see "2 of 2 sites" (for example) at the top of the Sites page. To add more, choose a bigger plan in [Billing](https://wranglepress.com/docs/billing).
